Terms and Conditions

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. As a small, independent yoga business, your support is essential, and your commitment to attending classes helps sustain our community and livelihood.

Cancellations
You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class if necessary. Please use the “reschedule class” link in your booking confirmation email and email reminders. No refunds are given. All classes are non-transferable.

Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In these situations, please reach out directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Communication
We value open communication and encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns or questions about the cancellation policy. Your feedback helps us improve our services and better serve our community.

Booking Your Classes

The most cost-effective way to book your class is to book a class pass. You can purchase a 5 or 10-class pack. Please note the expiry date on block bookings, vouchers, and packages, and book your classes before expiry. If your voucher has expired, you can purchase an extension voucher (30% of the voucher price).

Getting the Most from Your Practice

If you have any injuries or issues that may affect your practice, please inform your teacher. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or any contraindications, please let us know. For your comfort and enjoyment of practice, it's best not to eat a heavy meal up to 2 hours before class.

Studio Information

Cloak Room
The changing room next to the studio is available for leaving your bags, coats, and personal items. Please note this is a shared space for all students.

Washroom
The washroom/toilet facilities for yoga students are located just inside the front door of the house. Please ask if you need directions.

Parking
There are a few parking spaces available at the studio. You are welcome to park in the parking area at the top of the driveway close to the house (inside the double gates). There is also on-street parking available nearby.
