INTRODUCTION TO ASHTANGA COURSE
4 PRIVATE SESSIONS & 2 WEEKS OF CLASSES
The Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga course takes place over four 1:1 sessions during which you will learn the fundamentals of the practice including the breathing techniques, sun salutations, and the foundations of the standing and some seated postures of Primary Series. This is a great way to start your Ashtanga practice. The lessons will be individualised to your needs and will equip you to start your Ashtanga journey. The 1:1 sessions can be taken in person or online. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
INTRODUCTION TO ASHTANGA (MYSORE)
1 PRIVATE SESSION & 6 CLASSES
This package is an ideal way to get started with the Mysore classes if you’re new to the Mysore style of practice or Ashtanga in general. You will receive a 1:1 session first where we’ll cover what to expect in the Mysore classes and just enough of the fundamentals to get you started quickly. The package includes 6 weekly classes where you will start to build your practice week by week. A great way to get started with Ashtanga.
